WARRANTY

All products sold and installed by Spruce Interiors have a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser.  Spruce Interiors service warranty or “installation” of the product is covered at no charge to the customer for one year from the date of installation.  Should there be damage at installation, Spruce will cover all costs for the repair.  Additionally, Spruce Interiors will also cover any service call for a repair or defect within the first year.  After the service warranty period expires (1 year from installation date), the customer will be responsible for any charges from the installer (his/her time), while Spruce Interiors will cover parts for the repair, free of charge.

This warranty does not include any conditions or damages caused by accident, negligence, misuse and/or abuse, which will be determined by the manufacturer of the product in question.  Failure to properly clean or maintain any product sold may affect warranty; this will be up to the vendor’s discretion.

All window coverings are subject to minor variations.

  • Horizontal blinds do not close as tight at the lower portions.
  • Direct exposure to sunlight over time will cause all material to fade.
  • Moisture will affect the finish of any natural product.
  • Batteries wear out.

Unless proven excessive of unusual, the aforementioned conditions will not be considered for warranty purposes.

Shutter warranty on finishes.

  • 2 Years on stains finishes.
  • 5 Years on white finish
  • Lifetime on construction and defects.

All claims for warranty must be submitted in writing to Spruce Interiors normal place of business.  Spruce Interiors agrees to schedule an appointment to inspect and/or repair any claim for warranty service within ten (10) working days.  Any product returned to the manufacturer will be reinstalled as soon as possible after receipt of the repaired item.  Spruce Interiors is not responsible for the length of time a manufacturer deems necessary to inspect or repair any returned product.

Spruce Interiors shall only be required to perform repair or replacement work during the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Spruce Interiors disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages, loss of time, inconvenience, incidental expenses, and/or material charges in connection with any product covered under this warranty.
